attentive staff multiple dining fresh food
I appreciated the cleanliness of my double or twin room. The staff seemed very attentive and willing to assist with any requests. The hotel offers multiple dining options. The food was fresh and well-prepared.
Pool access was occasionally crowded.

Wonderful Experience!
team collaboration excellent service good animation
I appreciated the collaborative spirit among the staff. Team members consistently helped each other, which improved the overall atmosphere (this was very noticeable!). Lilly at the food and pool area provided excellent service. The team animation was good. I really enjoyed the entertainment team's efforts.
Mosquitoes were present. It's advisable to bring repellent to minimize bites.

The themed dinner options provided variety each night. Betty bar offered freshly baked pizzas made to order. Chicken and beef burgers with chips were available.

adequate stay
clean room maintained pool absent service uncaring staff
the rooms were designed uniquely (each room feels different). housekeeping kept my room very clean. the grounds were clean. i also found the pools to be very well maintained.
i found i had to go to the bar myself to get drinks. the staff did not seem to offer service. i asked for assistance from reception, but i did not feel they cared about my request.

food quality weak wifi
The food quality declined noticeably (it wasn't terrible, but not great either). the variety seemed less than what i expected. also, the wifi signal was consistently weak in the room. I had to go to the lobby for a stable connection. it was quite inconvenient, especially considering this is supposedly a 5-star hotel.

interactive fun clean room free towels
the asian restaurant includes very interactive fun. the room was clean. it had comfortable housekeeping. i found free towels near the main pool.

Solid Stay at Cave-Themed Resort
animation team exciting events tepanyaki restaurant
The animation team were entusiastic. They organized events throughout the day. Chloe, for example, answered questions and provided updates on beach parties and karaoke. The food did offer options and the separate restaurants gave alternatives. The Tepanyaki restaurant was my personal highlight.
The floor in my room was always a little dirty even after the room was cleaned.

The beach requires swim shoes. The sea extends far out. There were camel rides available. I noted a lack of signage, especially for new facilities opening.

The main pool was under maintenance . I found a smaller, hidden pool. I observed it was smaller with fewer beds. Several pools exist at the resort, yet securing a sunbed requires early rising.

The room had two queen size beds. The wardrobe offered limited space. The lighting was dim. The chambermaid cleaned the room. The hotel provided only one door key for the room.
